This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires by assisting with administrative, tracking, and coordination activities related to employee onboarding (DOJO). The intern will collaborate closely with Human Resources and Operations teams to support reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and analytical skills while gaining hands\-on experience in HR operations and workforce management. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in digital and administrative tools such as Excel, tracking platforms, and databases * Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and document processes * Clear and effective communication skills with a service\-oriented mindset * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow\-up capabilities * Proactive attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to work collaboratively * Good time management skills and a continuous learning mindset * Ability to interact effectively with different levels of the organization **Required Qualifications** * Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward * Active student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Proactive, well\-organized, and eager to learn **Position Overview** The HR Intern will provide operational and administrative support to the DOJO onboarding process, ensuring a structured and positive experience for new employees. Responsibilities include following up with new hires during their first days, coordinating onboarding and induction sessions, collecting and validating employee information, and addressing initial questions or concerns. The role also involves generating periodic reports on onboarding progress, tracking key metrics, and documenting incidents or improvement opportunities.
