Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage recruitment, selection, and personnel administration within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the implementation of HR policies We are the world’s largest organization providing textile laundry and rental services. Due to expansion, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. **Position Requirements** \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field \- Mandatory experience in manufacturing companies with a headcount of 500–600 employees. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mass recruitment, technical recruitment, and corporate recruitment \- Experience recruiting general assistants, drivers, supervisors, sales executives, and auditors \- Experience managing unionized personnel \- Experience handling labor conflicts (administrative records and terminations) Experience administering employee benefits (food vouchers, life insurance, compensations, and bonuses) \- Skills: Knowledge of HR ERP systems such as Intelexion, Fortia, or similar \- Experience conducting NOM-035 STPS 2018 assessments **Position Responsibilities** 1\. Coordinate and execute the recruitment and selection process for personnel across two group companies (total headcount: 300 employees) 2\. Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel according to established hiring targets 3\. Conduct follow-up interviews with personnel during their probationary period 4\. Monitor evaluations of newly hired personnel 5\. Manage personnel administration and resolve labor disputes 6\. Conduct NOM-035-STPS-2018 assessments 7\. Organize employee wellness events 8\.
