Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create and adapt visual and advertising content for real estate projects, utilizing digital tools and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Digital and print advertising design for real estate projects. 2. Graphic content creation for social media and websites. 3. Use of AI tools for audiovisual content optimization. **Main Responsibilities** · Design digital and print advertising materials for the developer's projects. · Create graphic content for social media, advertising campaigns, and websites. · Use artificial intelligence tools for audiovisual content creation and optimization. · Adapt content according to business objectives and trends in the real estate market. · Prepare brochures, technical specifications, promotional renders, and commercial presentations. · Design advertisements, banners, flyers, signage, and point-of-sale materials. · Edit images, short videos, and basic audiovisual materials. · Design corporate stationery and internal materials. **Requirements** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design · Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design; experience in real estate, construction, or property sectors is preferred. · Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere, CapCut, or similar). Proficiency in Canva and other digital tools. Basic photography and render editing knowledge is preferred. Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
