Job Summary: This role involves verifying shipments, unloading products, conducting direct store sales, promoting products, and managing customer relationships—ensuring product visibility and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages product logistics from the distribution center (CEDIS) to the point of sale. 2. Conducts direct sales and promotes Mission Foods products. 3. Negotiates shelf space and maintains customer relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify full shipment against delivery note or invoice before departing the CEDIS. * Load products securely and orderly in the vehicle. * Deliver products to retail outlets according to order or restocking requirements. * Conduct direct sales at stores. * Present and promote Mission Foods products (tortillas, tostadas, wraps, etc.). * Follow up on orders and maintain strong customer relationships. * Negotiate shelf space and display areas to improve product visibility. * Collect sales payments in cash or via payment terminal as applicable. * Deliver and reconcile income per established procedures. * Maintain control over invoices, sales notes, and receipts. * Record sold, returned, or damaged products. * Return goods to the CEDIS with proper documentation. * Ensure delivered products are in good condition and within their expiration date. * Submit daily sales reports and cash reconciliation at the end of each shift. * Field sales Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Savings fund * Credit union * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Primary school Experience: * 1 year (minimum) Work Location: Chihuahua, Chih.
