Dental Technical Assistant: * Ability to use hands with dexterity and perform highly precise and meticulous work. * Skills in handling dental materials, CAD/CAM, and fabrication of crowns and bridges. * Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details. * Artistic abilities and imagination to adapt techniques to solve specific problems. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dental laboratories specializing in fixed, removable, or complete prostheses. REQUIREMENTS: * Flexible availability of working hours * Gender-neutral * Must be of legal age * Responsibility and good work organization * Proactive attitude and service orientation. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Manual dexterity; design and fabrication of fixed prostheses (crowns, bridges, veneers). * Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems and dental design software (optional). * Knowledge of ceramics, acrylics, and metals. * Proper articulation and mounting on the articulator is essential.
