Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to generate strategic insights from commercial data and customer behavior analysis, optimizing performance and identifying growth opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Analyzes commercial information to drive strategic decisions. 2. Develops dashboards to monitor commercial performance. 3. Identifies trends and growth opportunities within the sector. We are looking for talent! **Objective** Analyze commercial information and customer behavior to generate strategic insights that support decision-making, optimize commercial performance, and identify growth opportunities within the sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales data, customer portfolio, and purchasing behavior. * Develop commercial dashboards and reports to monitor sales, goal attainment, and product turnover. * Identify purchasing trends by medical specialty, geographic region, customer type, and product line. * Generate sales and product demand forecasts. * Analyze inventory levels and turnover to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Track commercial KPIs such as: Sales per product, average ticket, purchase frequency, customer retention, and profitability per product line. * Identify growth opportunities in new markets, potential customers, or high-demand products. * Automate commercial reporting for management and sales leadership. * Analyze promotional campaigns, product launches, and their impact on sales. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales, or Business Intelligence. * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. * CRM/ERP knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) is desirable. * Knowledge of sales analysis, forecasting, and inventory management. * Experience in the pharmaceutical, dermatological, medical devices, or healthcare sector is desirable. **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Salary: $20,000 MXN gross per month * Statutory benefits If you are interested, apply through this channel.
