Identifying customer needs to offer appropriate products and solutions. Following up and closing sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Organizing, displaying, and labeling merchandise on the sales floor. Assisting with inventory management and basic stock control. Implementing promotions and communicating current benefits to customers. Achieving sales goals and delivering results-oriented customer service.
