Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León Main Responsibilities: * Tracking and managing supplier invoices for payment scheduling. * Basic knowledge of billing and administrative processes. * Completing and updating monthly accounting records. * Processing deposits and transfers related to local and long-distance trips. * Tracking and managing supplier payments. * Scanning, organizing, and validating invoices against supporting documents for client submission. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong administrative and operational tracking abilities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. We Offer: Weekly Bonus: $600 for meeting performance indicators. Statutory benefits from day one.
