**We Are Hiring!: Treasury Manager** Are you an expert in cash flow management with a keen eye for detail and financial strategy? We are seeking a professional passionate about accounting efficiency and financial control to lead our Treasury department. **What Will Be Your Mission?** Ensure company liquidity through optimal financial resource management, guaranteeing compliance with obligations and profitability of cash surpluses. **Key Responsibilities** * **Cash Flow Management:** Prepare and monitor projected vs. actual cash flow. * **Banking Relationships:** Manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate credit or investment terms. * **Payment Control:** Oversee scheduling of payments to suppliers, payroll, and taxes. * **Investments:** Manage cash surpluses in low-risk financial instruments. * **Reconciliations:** Supervise accurate integration of bank transactions into the accounting system. * **Reporting:** Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and daily fund position reports for the Finance Directorate. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field (degree holder). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar coordination or treasury supervision roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Advanced Excel proficiency * Proficiency in Cotpaqi software * Solid understanding of tax and banking regulations. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership, ethical integrity, analytical ability, and excellent organizational skills. **### What We Offer You** * **Competitive salary:** $20,000 to $30,000 MXN per month. * **Benefits:** Major and minor SGM health insurance, life insurance. * **Growth:** Career development plan and professional growth opportunities. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Location:** Plaza Patria **We Want You to Be Part of Our Success!** Salary: $20,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Complimentary beverages * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
