Manage and update the tax risk matrix. **People And Growth is seeking a Tax Coordinator in León, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and monitor tax policies and procedures aligned with departmental objectives. * Prepare and maintain an updated matrix of the company's current tax obligations. * Develop and manage the tax calendar, aligned with the monthly accounting close. * Compile and validate information required for calculating and determining taxes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring timely filing of informational returns. * Supervise accounting records related to tax compliance. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of tax obligations, including Annexes 30 and 32, transfer pricing, PLD, SIPRED, D4, and labor obligations (D3\). * Ensure correct calculation and quarterly filing of the D4 form. * Respond to tax authority requests and audits, following up until resolution. * Manage and update the tax risk matrix. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives within departmental processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree conferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance. * Experience in the hydrocarbons sector is desirable. * Strong knowledge of tax matters. * Analytical and synthetic skills, and ability to prepare reports. * Proficiency with technological tools (Office suite, accounting systems, and communication platforms). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Competencies * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Leadership and team coordination * Results orientation * Service orientation (internal and external customers) * Effective communication * Collaborative work **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Oil and Gas *This vacancy is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69c410bd3400002f00cca0af\&source\=indeed*
