DE CV. is seeking a Private Security Supervisor in Querétaro, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GUARDIAN 24 Seeking a Security Supervisor for service. **Key responsibilities include:** * Supervise security personnel across various shifts and assigned services. * Verify compliance with general and specific instructions. * Conduct supervision rounds at facilities. * Prepare daily reports, incident reports, and service logs. * Coordinate shift coverage and monitor staff attendance. * Identify risks, anomalies, or unsafe acts and report them promptly. * Train and guide operational staff on security procedures. * Respond to incidents, emergencies, and contingencies during service. * Maintain constant communication with the client and operations team. * Verify staff uniformity, equipment, and professional appearance. * Implement security protocols and access control measures. * Support internal investigations and preparation of administrative reports. * Ensure compliance with security, discipline, and service standards. * Submit operational reports and performance indicators to coordination. **Education requirements:** * Minimum: Completed high school diploma. * Preferred: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in security-related fields, administration, or criminology. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years supervising private security personnel or serving as Service Manager (preferably in Asset Protection). * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. **Required knowledge:** * Asset protection. * Access control. * Logbook and reporting management. * Emergency procedures. * Regulatory framework applicable to private security. * Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Familiarity with CTPAT procedures, Risk Analysis, and Vulnerability Assessment. **We offer:** 17,000 MXN monthly, tax-free \+2,000 MXN monthly KPI bonuses\` Statutory benefits Life insurance.
