Decision-making under pressure **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate logistics and shipping operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery fulfillment, accurate documentation, optimal utilization of transportation resources, and compliance with quality and customer service standards. Maintain freight costs below 7% per month. **Functions and Responsibilities** Coordinate local and foreign distribution routes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery fulfillment. Supervise cargo loading to guarantee integrity, proper documentation, and scheduled departure times. Verify that shipments meet customer requirements and company standards. Monitor and control the performance of Transportation Providers. Manage route incidents, delays, returns, or losses. Verify appropriate use of transportation units and operating hours. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Telemarketing departments to ensure order fulfillment. Prepare daily/weekly reports on deliveries, fulfillment rates, and logistics efficiency. Control the delivery of evidence to Accounts Receivable. Coordinate with Customers and Carriers for the collection of returns, shortages, and losses. **Skills** Leadership and management of operational staff Effective communication across different levels and departments Decision-making under pressure Ability to resolve logistical issues in real time Teamwork and interdepartmental coordination Negotiation with suppliers and carriers **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics Engineering 3 years of experience in: **Logistics and Distribution**: Coordination and control of local and foreign distribution operations. **Reverse Logistics**: Management of Returns, Shortages, and Losses. **Transportation and Logistics Providers**: Supervision and evaluation of transportation providers. **Warehouse and Shipping Operations**: Supervision of loading and shipment control. **Customer Service and Interdepartmental Coordination**: Cross-departmental communication and coordination. **Administrative Control and Reporting**: Documentation and administrative control of distribution activities. **We Offer** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Statutory benefits Competitive salary Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
