**Purpose**
Ensure execution of Central Market Plans, guaranteeing that promotions and keys are created, enabled, and configured correctly. This role provides follow-up and service to assigned customers for implementing promotions, discounts, and bonuses that drive active sales, counter competitors’ actions, and optimize inventory.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Daily segmentation of new customers and maintenance of KOF’s complete customer database
* Management and tracking of request inbox with SLA compliance (72 business hours)
* Validation and monitoring of configurations executed in SAP ECC and CRM replication
* Execution of maintenance databases in SQL/Access and identification of segment deviations
* Monthly updates of segmentation catalogs
* Resolution of configuration incidents and tracking of strategies by channel and timeframe
Execution of special pricing requests

**Required Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related field
* 1 year of experience in similar roles
* Knowledge of SAP ECC, Hybris, and/or CRM
* Basic SQL
