Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Safety and Hygiene Specialist with construction project experience to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of risk analyses and regulatory compliance We are looking for a **Night Shift Safety and Hygiene** specialist with experience in **WALMART, SAM´S, BODEGA AURRERA** construction projects to join our team. **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Nursing, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience at **WALMART, SAM´S, BODEGA AURRERA (Mandatory)** **F U N C T I O N S:** * Deliver general inductions on Safety and Hygiene, Civil Protection, Environmental Protection, and Sanitary Measures; provide safety talks aligned with STPS and environmental regulations, Civil Protection standards, Sanitary Measures, etc. * Coordinate the duties of red-helmet personnel and administrative assistants under supervision * Ensure timely and proper execution of all Safety and Hygiene (S&H) functions on site, including management, implementation, and delivery * Monitor correct use of basic and task-specific personal protective equipment (PPE) according to identified hazards * Responsible for coordinating the generation of reports and maintaining corresponding S&H statistics * Conduct risk analyses and define safety and environmental measures to mitigate risks * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (STPS, Environmental, Civil Protection, IMSS, etc.) in construction * Ensure adherence to client procedures, protocols, checklists, safety manuals, and emergency plans, tailored to the assigned project type (e.g., construction, renovation) and the Regulation for Third-Party Safety * Immediately report all incidents, accidents, near misses, and fires occurring at the worksite to Management, Site Supervisor, and Compliance Officer **W E O F F E R:** * Monthly net salary: $14,000 \- 16,000 * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll * Opportunity to be assigned to additional projects Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
