Description
We are seeking a **Payroll and IMSS Analyst** with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to administrative accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculation, as well as compliance with social security institutions’ obligations.
**Requirements:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **(MANDATORY)** / preferably with official degree certificate and professional license.
**Experience:** 2–3 years of verifiable experience
### **Must not reside more than 1 hour away from the work location (Col. Portales Norte, Benito Juárez Borough)**
**Main responsibilities:**
* Process and validate biweekly payroll.
* Manage attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.).
* Submit employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments to IMSS (SUA/IDSE).
* Generate and review SUA, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot payments.
* Prepare payroll reports and reconcile data with the accounting department.
* Calculate severance pay and liquidations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
* Support internal or external IMSS and STPS audits.
* Maintain up-to-date personnel database.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
* Minimum **2 years** of experience in payroll and IMSS processes.
* Knowledge of **SUA, IDSE, NOI, or similar systems**.
* Proficiency in the **Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law**.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
* High sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality.
* ERP system experience.
