Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to support payroll calculation, processing, and control, as well as incident management and HR administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in calculating and processing weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. 2. Recording and managing incidents, employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. 3. We now invite you to join our team as: **Payroll Assistant** **Work Location:** Tacubaya **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (Students completing their thesis or final graduation requirements are welcome.) * 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Support in calculating and processing weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. * Recording and managing incidents: absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves, and overtime. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. * Preparation and maintenance of employee personnel files. * Validation of payroll receipts and clarification with staff. * Support in calculating severance payments and final settlements. * Managing and updating Excel-based databases. * Tracking administrative matters related to Human Resources and Payroll. * Supporting internal audits and documentation compliance. **Knowledge Requirements** * Intermediate Excel (preferred) * Aspel NOI (preferred) or other payroll software * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS Law (LIMSS), and INFONAVIT Law (LINFONAVIT) * IDSE Portal – SIPARE Portal – Virtual Desktop * Payroll CFDI stamping and verification via SAT Viewer **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * 100% formal payroll scheme * **Monthly salary deposited on the last day of the month** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Food vouchers * Life insurance **Join our team and help us build safer workplaces!**
