Position Summary: Cloe is seeking a Payables Intern to support validation of data, invoice registration, development of controls, and general administrative support within the Finance department. We Are Looking For: Payables Intern What Will You Do Daily? * Validate tax-related data and supporting documentation from suppliers. * Review purchase orders and goods receipt vouchers. * Register and enter invoices into the internal system. * Develop and update administrative controls in Excel. * Support supplier account reconciliations. * Follow up on emails related to payments and invoicing. * Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Payables department. We Expect Your Profile To Include: * Currently enrolled student in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Interest in developing within the finance and administrative areas. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and task follow-up. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
