Ongoing training in cutting-edge methodologies **Description:** We are looking for an **operations professional** with an analytical mindset and a consultant's spirit. We do not want someone who merely documents—we want a strategist who identifies bottlenecks, optimizes operations, and ensures our customers reach their full potential. Corporate consulting experience is essential, as well as knowledge across various business areas—commercial operations, accounting, human resources, etc. We are not seeking candidates from the manufacturing industry. **Your Impact in This Role:** You will be the key driver in elevating our customers’ efficiency. You will have the freedom to propose practical solutions, design functional flowcharts, and maintain high-level consultative relationships on every assigned project. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * **Operational Transformation:** Manage end-to-end optimization projects. * **Process Engineering:** Create operational manuals, flowcharts, and strategic documentation (using Dropbox and internal tools). * **Direct Consulting:** Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure successful implementation of improvements. * **Data Analysis:** Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions based on measurable results. * **Collaboration:** Participate in training programs to stay at the forefront of optimization methodologies. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Management**, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in consulting, process analysis, or operational training roles. * **Hard Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Office suite, diagramming tools, and project management software. * **Profile:** Critical thinking, excellent writing/spelling, and impeccable assertive communication. * **Preferred:** Personal vehicle and availability to travel (occasionally). **What We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $15,000 net monthly. * **Strong Commissions:** Average monthly additional earnings of **$5,000 to $10,000** * **Statutory Benefits:** Year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and statutory holidays. * **Growth:** Ongoing training in cutting-edge methodologies. * **Environment:** A team focused on continuous improvement and learning. **Position Details:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (9:00 am \- 6:30 pm) and occasional Saturdays. * **Work Mode:** 100% in-person. * **Employment Structure:** Mixed employment arrangement.
