Your experience and skills will be essential to managing and coordinating payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Manage payroll, ensuring payment accuracy and timeliness. * Assist employees with questions regarding payroll calculations. * Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in payroll records. * Maintain necessary documentation to comply with labor regulations. **Requirements:** * **BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING REQUIRED** * Knowledge of payroll calculation. * Knowledge of IMSS/INFONAVIT/FONACOT calculations. * Experience managing payroll for over 150 employees. * Familiarity with labor and tax regulations. * Ability to work accurately and coordinate across multiple teams. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge and proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, affiliation movements, and risk premium calculation. **Benefits:** * Base salary starting at $20,000\.00 MXN per month, tax-free * Statutory benefits \+ Benefits card \+ Life insurance * A supportive team committed to your success.
