Maintenance Procurement Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Spare Parts Buyer to assist in identifying requirements, obtaining quotations, managing purchases, controlling spare parts inventory, coordinating returns, and generating procurement metrics. DE C.V.** **Teamwork with the maintenance department.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify spare parts requirements jointly with the maintenance department. * Obtain quotations from and purchase from suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time. * Manage spare parts inventory in the maintenance department at both the Tultitlán and Zumpango plants. * Generate procurement performance indicators. * Coordinate returns or claims for defective products. **EDUCATION:** Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in computer use. * Knowledge of spare parts and components. * Experience using SAE systems. * Intermediate Excel skills (preferred). **SKILLS:** * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. **JOB CONDITIONS:** * Valid driver's license required. * Ability to drive manual transmission. * Visit our Zumpango plant twice per week. * Office and plant-based work. * Pick up purchased spare parts only when required. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly food vouchers. * Direct employment with the company. * Statutory benefits. * Weekly salary payment. * Monthly gross salary: $10,600. * Working hours: Monday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Tuesday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM\.
