Review income and expense entries in the accounting system against macro-invoicing and SAT records. 5. Analyze accounts receivable aging and follow up with Operations and Finance departments to facilitate collection. 6. Manage and record fixed assets in the company’s accounting system through monthly inspections and analyses. 7. Manage, analyze, and correct the company’s VAT, Income Tax (ISR), Payroll ISR, and Withheld VAT accounts. 8. Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations to SAT and state authorities; record accounts payable and monitor payment status. 9. Calculate ISN based on system reports and distribute to internal and external clients as required. 10. Manage the Informative Declaration of Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT). 11. Prepare and analyze the monthly and annual accounting Profit & Loss Statement, resolving any resulting inconsistencies. 12. Analyze outstanding obligations owed by the company to suppliers, creditors, and others. 13. Execute the month-end accounting closing process in the system. 14. Prepare and submit trial balance and chart of accounts files to SAT (Electronic Accounting). 15. Prepare and review XML attachment to accounting journal entries. 16. Develop necessary supporting documentation for the Anti-Money Laundering Portal (PLD) and related applications. 17. Perform calculations for the annual tax declaration submitted to the tax authority. 18. Manage and update the company’s tax files and fiscal data. 19. Participate in internal and external company audits. 20. Reconcile fund administrators. 21. Post (finalize) accounting journal entries across all modules. 22. Review customer and supplier payment complements and follow up accordingly. 23. Generate month-end closing reports and module review reports as support for month-end closing. 24. Prepare and analyze the Profit & Loss Statement based on cash flows and their integrations. 25. Record and review internal and external (client) payroll—either via macro or manual entry. 26. Record, review, and cancel external (client) and internal payroll withholdings. 27. Maintain and safeguard the company’s FIEL certificate and digital seals. 28. Respond to requests from governmental authorities or SAT. 29. Reconcile and analyze the aging of treasury and operations transit checks. 30. Store all accounting and tax-related information for the month in digital accounting folders. 31. Download monthly Compliance Opinion and Fiscal Status Certificate for companies under one’s responsibility, per requests from internal or external clients. 32. Update RFC details on the SAT portal due to changes in address, business activities, or obligations—as requested by one’s own department or third parties. 33. Prepare monthly proforma statements for assigned companies, including projections for Annual Income Tax (ISR). 34. Review monthly closing with the Administration and Finance Director.
