Mentorship and training provided by the engineering team **Job Description** **On-Site Requirement:** This position requires on-site attendance. **Job Objective** Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of production processes through ergonomic studies, industrial safety assessments, and operational efficiency initiatives, contributing to employee well-being and continuous improvement across work areas. **Required Profile** * Currently enrolled in **Industrial Engineering or a related field** (minimum 6th semester). * Availability for 8 hours per day / 5 days per week. * Interest in industrial operations, ergonomics, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** Support the execution of **ergonomic studies** across various operational areas. Participate in measurements and analysis of **noise, lighting, and vibrations**. Collaborate on **bottleneck analysis** within production processes. * Support **time and motion studies** to identify improvement opportunities. * Document results, prepare reports, and assist in presenting findings. * Provide support for continuous improvement and industrial safety projects. **Competencies and Skills** * **Positive attitude and strong desire to learn**. * Proactivity and willingness to work in the field. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Accountability and commitment. **What We Offer** * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Practical experience in a real industrial environment. * Mentorship and training provided by the engineering team.
