Professional stability and growth in International Trade **Position: Import \& Export** **Location:** Playas de Rosarito, Baja California **Company:** Meidi Manufacturing México S.A. de C.V. **Job Objective:** Carry out and coordinate **international trade operations**, administer **Annexes 24 and 30**, and ensure **compliance with tax and customs regulations**, in accordance with applicable legal provisions of the IMMEX program. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **imports and exports** in compliance with customs legislation. * Administer **Annex 24 and Annex 30 systems**, including: * Registration of part numbers and tariff classifications. * Recording of permits, certificates of origin, BOMs, downloads, and reconciliations with the customs valuation statement (glosa). * **Reconcile and regularize physical inventories vs. Annex 24**. * Control and discharge **electronic operation files**. * Track and manage **domestic and temporary waste**, customs entries (pedimentos), and manifests. * Collaborate with **Procurement and Accounting** to register domestic invoices in Annex 24 (raw materials, packaging, fixed assets). * Identify and compile the **fixed asset file**. * Prepare **comparative reports: Glosa vs. Annex 24** (for INEGI, DIEMSE, Foreign Trade Report, CIVA, etc.). * Identify and execute **procedures to reduce tax or customs risks**. * Review **customs entry proformas prior to payment** to prevent errors and penalties. * Compile and maintain up-to-date **physical files of customs entries and annexes** (invoices, packing lists, manifests, spreadsheets, etc.). * Physically supervise warehouses to ensure **segregation of domestic and temporary materials**. * Maintain updated **files of domestic and foreign suppliers** (certifications, compliance opinions). * Compile and safeguard the company’s **legal and tax documentation** (bylaws, powers of attorney, IMMEX, PROSEC, certifications, etc.). * Perform **virtual transfer closings**. **Job Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in International Trade, International Business, or a related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in customs operations within IMMEX companies. * Solid knowledge of: * **Import, export, regime changes, and regularization processes**. * The **IMMEX program**, **Annex 24**, **Annex 31**, **IVA and IEPS Certifications**. * **Intermediate English proficiency** (technical reading and communication). * Proficiency in **Office tools** and customs control systems. **Required Competencies:** * Organization and time management. * Leadership and effective supervision capability. * Multitasking and ability to work under pressure. * Assertive communication and emotional intelligence. * Focus on internal customers and attention to detail. * Analytical and preventive thinking. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development within an international company. * Collaborative and results-oriented work environment. * Professional stability and growth in the International Trade area. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location:** Costa Alegre 4985, Real de Rosarito II, Playas de Rosarito, B.C.
