**Solve and Evolve is seeking a Financial Planning and Strategy Professional in Virreyes - Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **FINANCIAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL MANAGER** Lomas de Chapultepec | Sector: Agribusiness / Export-Import We are looking for a **strategic finance leader** who does not merely analyze numbers, but transforms them into decisions that drive profitability and business growth. **IMPORTANT:** This position is for a **financial planning (FP&A / Corporate Finance)** profile with strategic vision. It is not an accounting or operational role. **Your responsibilities:** Lead the financial planning and budgeting process Analyze profitability by product, business unit, and operation Build financial models and business scenarios Develop KPIs and dashboards for senior management Identify efficiencies, cost reductions, and margin improvements Evaluate investments, financial risks, and opportunities Implement and strengthen financial controls Translate strategy into execution in collaboration with operational areas **Candidate profile we seek:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (mandatory) 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance; age range between 30 and 40 years.
