Opportunity for professional growth **ELITE S.A DE C.V is seeking a Finance Manager in Lomas De Chapultepec - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ### **Job Objective** To manage, control, and supervise the financial resources of the cash-in-transit company, ensuring sound financial planning, regulatory compliance, operational profitability, and security in handling economic resources, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------------- * Prepare and oversee annual, monthly budgets and financial forecasts. * Control cash flow and ensure operational liquidity. * Analyze operational costs related to routes, custody services, fuel, armored vehicles, and operational staff. * Generate financial reports and present key performance indicators to senior management. * Supervise compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements before relevant authorities. * Monitor profitability indicators by client, service, and operation. * Manage insurance policies related to vehicles, cash-in-transit, and operations. * Participate in cost-optimization strategies and process improvement initiatives. * Ensure adherence to financial security policies and confidentiality of sensitive information. * Track financial contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers. * Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree * 3 or more years in financial leadership roles. * Preferred experience in private security, logistics, cash-in-transit, or cash handling companies. ### **Offered** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday as required by operations * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Career growth **Desired education level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Financial Services *This vacancy is sourced from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fe3c533900006b005373b0\&source\=indeed*
