Interest in learning about vehicle operation and maintenance Field Intern / Fleet Operations Supervisor: Support operational supervision of field units, ensuring that maintenance, repairs, and inspections are carried out correctly, on time, and to a high standard, thereby contributing to keeping units available for operations. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Workshop Unit Supervision Conduct on-site follow-up of units undergoing maintenance or repair, verifying progress, timelines, and work quality. 2\. Physical Unit Inspections Perform periodic inspections of units (fluid levels, general condition, tires, lights, basic functionality) and report any anomalies detected. 3\. Field Operational Coordination Assist with unit delivery and receipt, transfers to workshops, wheel alignment, services, and other necessary operational activities. 4\. Tracking of Mechanical and Operational Incidents Record failures, repairs, collisions, or other incidents, and follow up until full resolution. 5\. Quality Validation of Completed Services Verify that workshop work meets defined standards (e.g., test drives, post-service inspections, functionality validation). 6\. Continuous Communication with Operations Team Maintain ongoing communication with the administrative team to report unit status, workshop progress, and any relevant situations. 7\. Support in Managing Inoperative Units Identify causes of inoperative units and collaborate on rapid solutions to reduce downtime.
