As a **Data Analyst**, you will be a key player in generating strategic information for decision-making at Al Día. Through data analysis and the creation of interactive dashboards, you will help transform numbers into actions that improve the effectiveness of collection campaigns and strengthen decision-making for supervisors and executives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect, process, and analyze data from collection campaigns. * Create reports and dashboards on data analytics platforms (QuickSuite, Looker, Tableau, or others). * Propose campaign optimization strategies based on data insights. * Monitor performance, recovery, and efficiency indicators. * Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to collection supervisors and leaders. * Support the development of predictive models and artificial intelligence initiatives. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of the data used. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of statistics, financial mathematics, and data analysis. * Desired experience with BI platforms (QuickSuite, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). * Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging analytical technologies. * Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear strategies. * Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and results orientation. **What do we look for in Al Día team members?** Integrity: People who win by doing the right thing.
