Job Summary: This role involves daily review and analysis of client requirements, ensuring timely deliveries, negotiating premium shipments, and actively participating in environmental and safety management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Daily analysis and review of key customer requirements 2. Ensuring on-time deliveries and negotiating premium shipments 3. Active participation in environmental and safety management systems 1\. Daily review and analysis of customer requirements (GM, Ford, Stellantis, etc) 2\. Review and response to Stellantis tickets every 2 hours 3\. Provide daily shipping commitments 4\. Report transportation delays and modify shipping instructions if necessary. 5\. Negotiate "Premium" shipments with the customer. 6\. Ensure on-time deliveries to the customer. 7\. Provide expedited shipment details and update the "Premium freight" portal 8\. Periodically update customer demand 9\. Provide production and shipping priorities 10\. Understand environmental aspects and impacts and participate in the environmental management system for continuous improvement continuously 12\. Monitor and implement the health, safety, and environment policy 13\. Identify hazards and risks associated with assigned operations and participate in the occupational health and safety management system for continuous improvement Additionally, the immediate supervisor may assign other duties arising from the natural process and development within the area.
