Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in financial statements, taxation, and payroll for a growing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Statement Preparation and Tax Calculation 2. Payroll and Severance Administration 3. Management of Property and Personnel Insurance Policies REQUIREMENTS: * **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting** (Degree holder) * Proficiency in **Contpac, Nomipac, and SAP** * **Advanced Excel** skills and experience in accounting and payroll processes * Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar role * Experience in preparing **Financial Statements**, calculating **taxes**, and managing **payroll**. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of **Financial Statements** and calculation of **taxes** * Administration of **payroll and severance**, including employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with the **IMSS** * Control and calculation of **variable salaries**, **PTU (Profit Sharing)**, and annual **ISR (Income Tax)** returns * Procedures before **government agencies** and follow-up on **audits** * Management of **insurance policies** for property and personnel If you meet these requirements and possess a professional, committed attitude, we invite you to apply and join a growing company.
