Manages the monthly financial close cycle, provides financial support services, ensures accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, and oversees annual audits under both US GAAP and IFRS standards. Reviews and approves financial statements for multiple entities. Conducts analytical reviews of monthly financial statements, including explaining budget-to-actual variances to the VP Controller and CFO. Investigates complex accounting and IFRS/US GAAP reporting topics to update company policies. Compiles and manages SPV reporting packages for lenders and investor partners. Establishes and maintains systems and controls to verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data. Develops and implements systems to collect, analyze, verify, and summarize information and trends in reports. Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions. Achieves financial accounting objectives through forecasting, preparation of an annual budget, expense scheduling, variance analysis, and initiation of corrective actions. Confirms financial position by tracking income and expenses. Manages cash flow for assigned entity(ies). Maintains accounting controls by developing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures. Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and recommendations to operational issues. Leads, manages, and develops accounting team members. Other accounting duties as assigned. **Your Knowledge and Expertise Areas:** **The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates:** CPA required. Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Experience working with multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards under US GAAP. IFRS accounting knowledge preferred. Familiarity with tax equity structures is a plus. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
