Participate in identifying investment opportunities At Maxiacero, we seek a professional who supports the General Accountant in recording, controlling, and analyzing the company’s financial operations. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal processes for decision-making. Position Objective Lead and supervise accounting and financial operations, focusing on strategic financial analysis and budget management for construction product marketing and franchise sales. Responsibilities * Conduct detailed financial statement analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. * Prepare and supervise annual budgets, monitoring their execution. * Collaborate in planning and efficiently allocating financial resources. * Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management. * Present financial findings clearly. * Participate in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in financial, accounting, and administrative roles, including at least 3 years in leadership positions. * Prior experience as General Accountant, preferably in construction product marketing and franchise sales sectors. * Technical knowledge: * Preparation of financial statements and reconciliations. * Calculation and filing of monthly and annual taxes. * Budgetary control and cash flow management. * Experience with accounting systems: CONTPAQi, SAE, SAP, or Oracle. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Knowledge of internal audits and financial controls.
