Your Mission Lead the branch to increase loan placements, profitability, and commercial growth by implementing effective field strategies and developing highly productive teams. Key Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed commercial targets for loan placements, deposits, and recoveries. * Promote the sale of higher-yield financial products. * Lead prospecting and cross-selling strategies in the field. * Develop, motivate, and support the sales team. * Monitor key performance indicators and ensure goal attainment. * Build partnerships and identify business opportunities within the area. * Ensure exceptional, personalized customer service. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in sales and commercial leadership. * Experience with financial products, loans, or microfinance. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Results-oriented leadership with a focus on team building. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork and prospecting. * Proficiency in commercial KPIs and growth strategies.
