Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Collections Coordinator with mandatory experience in logistics and CEDIS to manage billing and collections processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Mandatory experience in logistics and CEDIS 2. Advanced Excel and ERP platform proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Microsip) 3. Proficiency in CFDI 4.0 and the VAT Law BILLING AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS AND CEDIS * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferably certified). * **Systems:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, cross-referencing) and use of **ERP** platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsip). * **Skills:** Negotiation, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset * Billing for Logistics and Distribution service companies * Proficiency in CFDI 4\.0 (or current version) and payment complements. * Knowledge of the VAT Law (6% withholding tax, if applicable) and REPSE compliance. * ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Aspel SAE, or security-specific software). * Review of credit notes THE COMPANY IS LOCATED NEXT TO PLAZA LAGO DE GUADALUPE (TLALNEPARK ACCESS 1\).
