Working with us means becoming part of a dynamic and professional team, with opportunities for growth and development. We are seeking: Billing Analyst Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices. Validate purchase orders, rates, and services. Follow up on outstanding invoices. Control and archive fiscal documentation. Respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding billing clarifications. Prepare credit notes and payment complements. Reconcile invoices with accounts receivable. Manage and update databases and reports. Track administrative incidents. Support monthly closings and audits. Requirements: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge of CFDI, SAT, and basic tax procedures. Experience with ERP or administrative systems (SAP, CONTPAQi, Oracle, SAE, etc.). Attention to detail and organizational skills.
