We seek young talent passionate about customer interaction, negotiation, and professional growth—we want to meet you! **Overview**: Provide support to the sales team while developing skills throughout the sales process, contributing to a positive customer experience. **Work Modality:** On-site **Location**: Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico. **Requirements:** * **Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish** (spoken and written) is essential. * Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Interest in developing a career in the commercial/sales area. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Sales Team Support** * Assist in processing orders and performing basic follow-up on customer requests. * Maintain updated customer databases and commercial records. * Support preparation of quotations and commercial proposals under supervision. **2\. Customer Service and Contact** * Provide basic information regarding products and services. * Assist in responding to inquiries and routing requests. * Coordinate meetings between customers and the sales team. **3\. Commercial Follow-up** * Follow up with potential customers under the guidance of the team**.** * Record sales process progress in internal tools. * Support updating the commercial pipeline. **4\. Analysis and Reporting (Entry Level)** * Assist in preparing sales reports. * Gather market and competitor intelligence. * Contribute to identifying commercial opportunities. **Interpersonal Skills:** * Excellent communication skills**.** * Proactive attitude and customer orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to learn quickly.
