Position Summary: This role focuses on effective communication with suppliers, invoice and payment order management, reconciliations, and support for internal customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication and support for suppliers and internal customers 2. End-to-end management of invoices and payment orders 3. Assistance in accounting processes and month-end closing **Job Description** ---------------------- Maintain optimal communication with the supplier department and execute related processes efficiently. * Support for internal customers (Stores and City's) * Contact and support for suppliers * Assistance in uploading invoices (XML) to the SORIANA supplier portal * Generation of payment orders via system and support for stores * Invoice tracking, from registration through to settlement * Sending payment applications to suppliers * Sending invoices to stores for payment processing * Generating accruals and reclassifications (month-end closing activity) * Bank account reconciliation * Regular email monitoring to identify cases and route or respond accordingly **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Proficiency in Excel * Proficiency in SAP * Power BI **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
