Implement the comprehensive collection system deployed by the Cooperative Society, aiming to retain members, ensure timely credit recovery, and expedite the flow of financial resources—while consistently maintaining minimal delinquency levels. * Manage recovery efforts either through extrajudicial and/or judicial channels for assigned cases. * Apply negotiation and persuasion techniques aimed at achieving results in credit recovery (telephone calls, in-person home visits, telegrams, or mail), targeting both members and guarantors. * Assist in the transfer, sale, or relocation of seized, adjudicated, or dation-in-payment assets. * Collaborate in a coordinated manner with branch staff and the Legal Coordinator to exchange and contribute information related to the delinquent portfolio, thereby providing insights to prevent future delinquency in new credits and supporting the development of recovery strategies. **Judicial collection locations:** Tequisquiapan, San Juan del Río, Huichapan, Nopala, Tecozautla, Ixmiquilpan, Chapantongo, Tezontpec de Aldama, Tilaco de Allende, Tepeji del Río, Mixquiahuala. **Please note that only judicial collection will be conducted, as domiciliary collection personnel are already available.** **Proficiency in operating a standard vehicle is mandatory, as the institution provides the vehicle and a telephone device.** **Variable working hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday –\- 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Contract** First contract: 6 months for adaptation and training **Salary: $14,000.00 (gross) plus food vouchers worth $2,062.00** Second contract: indefinite-term, with an increase over the initial salary **Benefits and salary** All statutory benefits Savings fund: 13 % Food vouchers: $2,062.00 46 days’ year-end bonus Life insurance: $1,000,000.00 Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
