A construction company is seeking talent for the *CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT MANAGER* position... **REQUIREMENTS:** * PROFESSION: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * AGE: 30\-40 years old * Must reside near San Pedro **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years in a similar position. **SOFTWARE:** * OFFICE * AUTOCAD * **SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:** * Experience in purchasing construction materials. * Experience in subcontracting and hiring specialized construction labor. * General legal knowledge regarding service and specialized work contracting (contractors and subcontractors). **RESPONSIBILITIES: Work location: San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León** * Requesting and reviewing quotations. * Preparing and analyzing comparative tables. * Preparing purchase orders. * Tracking material deliveries. * Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and proper supply and delivery (cost optimization). * Conducting purchases and providing end-to-end tracking until delivery site (local and external purchases). * Drafting contracts and monitoring contractors.
