Stay updated with emerging AI tools, research, and frameworks **Role Summary** We are looking for a highly skilled **AI Engineer** to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems powered by modern AI technologies. This role goes beyond basic chatbot integrations and focuses on building advanced AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and next\-generation coding assistants such as Claude and other frontier AI systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement AI\-powered applications using LLMs and advanced AI systems (beyond basic ChatGPT usage). * Build and deploy autonomous AI agents and AI\-assisted development workflows. * Integrate AI models into production environments via APIs and microservices. * Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize model outputs for reliability and performance. * Fine\-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals. * Implement Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks. * Collaborate with software engineers to productionize AI features securely and efficiently. * Ensure AI systems follow security, privacy, and ethical best practices. * Stay updated with emerging AI tools, research, and frameworks. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3\+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development. * Strong experience working with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., Claude, GPT\-based systems, open\-source models). * Experience building AI agents, automation pipelines, or AI\-driven developer tools. * Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other backend languages. * Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, embedding models). * Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and system design. * Ability to work in fast\-paced, product\-driven environments. **Application Process Overview** Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: * **Initial Application** \- Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions * **Video Introduction** \- Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience * **Role\-Specific Assessment** \- Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable) * **Recruitment Interview** \- Initial screening with our talent team * **Executive Interview** \- Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment * **Client Interview** \- Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting * **Background \& Reference Check** \- Professional reference verification * **Job Offer** \- Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team Each stage is designed to evaluate your fit for the role while giving you insights into our company culture and expectations.
