




**FUNCTIONS:** * Record and update in system information on purchases, expenses, and administrative movements. * Receive, classify, and input generated expenses (receipts, delivery notes, invoices). * Assist in controlling raw material, freight, and operational expenses. * Prepare administrative reports and summaries in established formats. * Process purchase requests. * Support updating prices in the customer catalog. * Provide documentary support to operations and warehouse departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure that system-recorded information is accurate and up to date. * Meet deadlines for timely submission of administrative reports. * Maintain communication with warehouse, procurement, and administration departments for data flow. * Safeguard and organize expense-related supporting documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration or related field. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, or logistics. * Experience in administrative duties (minimum 1 year). **KNOWLEDGE:** * Familiarity with administrative platforms (MyTeam preferred). * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Expense recording processes and document control. * Basic purchasing and warehouse procedures. **SKILLS:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Clear and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and follow-up. * Capacity for analysis of administrative data. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in integrating and controlling operational information, supporting both the administrative department and the CEDIS.
