At URBANUS, we are looking for new talent: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance or related field. * Proven experience: 2 – 3 years. * Live near the work area: Nezahualcóyotl (State of Mexico) * Minimum Excel proficiency: 70% * Proficiency in Contpaqi * Proper and up-to-date documentation Responsibilities: * Reconciliation of VAT, supplier and withholding accounts. * Preparation of sales margin reports. * Entry and validation of service provider invoices. * Clarification and follow-up on discrepancies with suppliers. * Month-end revaluation analysis. * Responding to suppliers via email. * Supporting internal company users. * Database management. * Review and analysis of fiscal documents such as XML and PDF files.
