We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing of retail furniture, and we are currently looking for an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, required. 1\) Record and review daily accounting transactions in the Compaq software system (income, expenses, invoices, payroll, etc). 2\) Weekly monitoring of tax mailbox, SAT compliance opinions, IMSS compliance opinions, Infonavit, debt statements, and disability reports. 3\) Supervise and coordinate physical, accounting, and tax files. 4\) Daily download of XML files and update reports. 5\) Perform monthly depreciation entries. 6\) Handle reports and requests assigned by the direct supervisor. 7\) Support related departments in solving accounting-related issues. 8\) Perform bank reconciliations. 9\) Preparation of financial statements. 10\) Calculation and filing of monthly taxes.
