Empacadora las Polvillas S.A. de C.V. is seeking: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** **MUST HOLD A COMPLETED DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING ONLY** Responsibilities: * General accounting * Basic tax knowledge * Intermediate Excel skills * Familiarity with SAT platforms * Knowledge of CFDI 4.0, VAT (IVA), and Income Tax (ISR) * Payroll, IMSS, and INFONAVIT knowledge preferred * Preparation and recording of journal entries for income and expenses, strictly adhering to cost centers * Issuance and review of invoices, **credit notes**, and **payment complements** (REP) * Management of **addenda** specific to client or supplier requirements * **Invoice reconciliation:** XML vs. PDF validation and verification via the SAT portal * Daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts * Active management of the customer portfolio (collections) * Scheduling of supplier payments following purchase order and receipt validation * Cleanup of accounting accounts * Use of ASPEL software We offer: * Job stability * Positive work environment * Net salary of $12,000 to $14,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY TO START WORK** **WORK LOCATION: LA ROMANA, TLALNEPANTLA, JILOTEPEC 310** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,500.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
