Job Summary: Support accounting and administrative activities for organizational efficiency and timely achievement of financial results. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to integrate accounting and administrative functions. **OBJECTIVE:** Provide support in all activities and responsibilities, and integrate accounting and administrative accounts so they are accurately reflected in the organization's financial statements, thereby improving organizational efficiency and ensuring timely achievement of results. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration. **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Accounting, Administration, Finance, and Taxation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Reconciliations of CNH and CASE machinery and spare parts accounts. 2\. Total oil reconciliation. 3\. Electronic invoicing entry and submission for leasing transactions. 4\. Review monthly due dates in SICODI. 5\. Process payments to CNH and CASE vendors. 6\. Download invoices from TOTAL company. 7\. Entry of CNH and CASE payment vouchers. 8\. Download SICODI invoicing data for branches. 9\. Enter exchange rate difference vouchers arising from reconciliations. 10\. Record monthly machinery purchase vouchers. 11\. CNH and CASE bonus reconciliations. 12\. CNH and CASE promissory note reconciliations. 13\. Monthly submission of INEGI economic activity data for ARBSA. 14\. Ensure availability of all necessary resources, equipment, tools, and materials to fulfill all job duties and responsibilities, and safeguard them accordingly. If any required item is unavailable, it is the employee's responsibility to report this to Human Resources or the relevant department.
