Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Accounting Assistant to record and control financial and accounting information, ensuring tax compliance and effective operational administration. Position Objective To record, control, and maintain up-to-date financial and accounting information for the organization using SAP, ensuring tax compliance and proper administration of accounting operations. ***Main Responsibilities*** ✔ Recording of revenue, expense, and journal entries in SAP ✔ Bank reconciliations ✔ Monitoring and control of accounting accounts ✔ Preparation and submission of tax returns ✔ Control and archiving of accounting and tax information ✔ Physical inventories of raw materials and finished goods ✔ Tracking of supplier payments and customer balances ***Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in general accounting and tax processes * Proficiency in SAP is mandatory * Knowledge of bank reconciliations and taxes (ISR, VAT) * Experience with inventory and operational cost management * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and numerical analysis ability ***Technical Competencies*** * SAP proficiency * Inventory management * Control of operational and administrative costs * Review of account balances and timely supplier payments Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Referral program * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
