Preparation of monthly accounting closings We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to ensure proper control of financial resources, accurate recording of accounting transactions, and timely issuance of reports, complying with accounting obligations toward corporate and relevant authorities. **What Do You Need?** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration. **Experience:** 2 years in a similar position. **Technical Knowledge:** * Accounting entries. * Proficiency in ASPEL COI and SAE systems. * Electronic accounting and DIOT. * Bank reconciliations. * Account cleansing. * Management of SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT portals. * Treasury knowledge. **Main Responsibilities** * Registration and control of accounting vouchers (revenues, expenses, journal entries, and transfers). * Preparation of monthly accounting closings. * Execution of bank and accounting reconciliations. * Expense and accounts payable control. * Safekeeping of invoices in PDF and XML formats. * Weekly payroll review for 80–90 employees, with potential operational growth (including deductions, loans, and expenses control). * Follow-up on payment complements. * Review of the Tax Inbox and reconciliation with SAT. * Preparation of accounting reports (costs, expenses, and deposits). **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 per month, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. **Work Location:** Tultitlán.
