Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to ensure the company's compliance with tax, accounting, and financial obligations through efficient tax management and account reconciliation. Currently, we have commercial alliances with major automotive brands." ***Join our team as an Accountant*** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration * 3 years of experience in administrative and accounting functions * Knowledge of tax matters * Proficiency with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT portals ***Responsibilities:*** * Ensure proper compliance with the company's tax, accounting, and financial obligations through efficient tax management, collections, and account reconciliation. * Generate received and issued CFDIs for the current month and enter monthly income details into the "Pre\-cierre sistemas" file. * Validate and record in the "pre\-cierre sistemas" file the income and expenses generating VAT. * Perform reconciliation of salary and wage withholdings for the current month. * Estimate taxes payable for the current month. * Download corporate bank statements and send them to the accounting firm for final tax calculation. * Prepare the REPSE compliance folder and send it to clients upon request. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary: $20,000 net * 100% nominal payroll scheme * Statutory benefits from day one * Funeral expense assistance * Personal loans ***Work Schedule:*** * Monday \- Friday: 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM (Remote work) ***Work Location: Azcapotzalco (5 minutes from Ferrería metro station)*** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
