**Job Description:** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (certified) * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing the Accounting Department (tax schemes) * Experience in tax strategy (verifiable for at least 2 years) * Determination of federal and state taxes * Proficiency with SAT portal * Basic tax calculations, knowledge of tax form completion and submission procedures * Preparation of monthly, annual, and informative tax returns * Proficiency with Contpaq and Microsoft Office RESPONSIBILITIES: * Submit monthly and annual tax returns, both payment-related and informative * Prepare tax payment forms, generate bank deposit reference numbers (líneas de captura), and forward them to Treasury for payment processing * Prepare working papers serving as the basis for determining the annual tax liability * Conduct monthly review of tax-related accounting records and balance applications in cases of payments via compensation * Respond to SAT requests (e.g., compulsory notices, compensation notice requests, refund applications, RFC-related data submissions, etc.) * Deliver any working papers requested by auditors during preliminary and final audit visits * Perform RFC-related actions, such as opening and/or closing branches, address changes, increases or decreases in tax obligations, etc. * Download SAT compliance opinion reports and RFC status certificates * Bank reconciliations * Preparation and submission of reports to General Management * Accounting entries for all business transactions COMPETENCIES: * Proactivity * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Analytical thinking WE OFFER * $15,000 \- $20,000 net monthly * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Sao Paulo area Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
