Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in general accounting, accounting recordkeeping, monthly closings, and accounting system management for an advertising company. Support in tax calculation and accounting closings An advertising company is seeking a **General Accountant** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * 2 to 4 years of experience in general accounting. * Experience in accounting recordkeeping and monthly closings. * Proficiency in systems such as CONTPAQi, Aspel COI or similar. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Knowledge of ISR (Income Tax), IVA (VAT), and basic tax obligations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, general ledger). * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Consolidation of accounting accounts. * Management of accounts payable and receivable. * Support in invoicing and collections. * Support in monthly tax calculations (ISR, IVA). * Support in monthly accounting closings. * Management and filing of tax documentation. * Preparation of basic payroll (small staff). * Support in SAT (Tax Administration Service) requirements. **Offers:** Salary: $20,000\-25,000 net monthly. Biweekly payment via Santander.
