Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage administrative and financial operations, control accounting information, and track payments and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities in financial operations We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support the company's administrative and financial management, ensuring control and organization of accounting information, as well as tracking payments and financial reports. Main Responsibilities \- Preparation and tracking of financial reports \- Preparation and analysis of income statements \- Control and tracking of cash flows \- Disbursement of internal and external payments \- Management of accounts receivable \- Collection and organization of accounting information \- Bank reconciliations \- Control and recording of invoicing \- Support in the company's administrative and financial processes \- In-person collection of payments once per week in Mexico City Requirements \- Experience in financial administration and control \- Proficiency in Excel \- Organized, analytical, and self-managed profile \- High attention to detail \- Valid driver's license \- Experience in administrative and accounting processes Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays: On-site at the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Remote work We Offer \- $20,000 MXN monthly net salary \- Quarterly bonus for process compliance (approx. $6,000 MXN) \- Reimbursement of expenses related to payment collection \- Statutory vacation benefits \- Statutory year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Mexico City, CDMX
